Our Journey
The genesis of our legacy began in the small town of Mangrol, where the traditional firm Hemraj Kalidas was established in the
year 1950. Embarked by the visionary Late Shri Hemraj Bhai, the foundation of Hemraj Kalidas was solidified through the trading
of essential agricultural commodities such as millet, rice, cottonseed, cottonseed oil cake, and wheat. It was the accumulation of
dedication and a commitment to quality that set a precedent for the company’s ethos.
In a significant move, Shri Chatrabhuj Bhai joined the family business in 1972, bringing fresh perspectives and solidifying the
firm's presence in the local market. With eyes on expansion and seeking greater opportunities, the firm relocated to Rajkot in
1997.
As we journeyed forward, our product offerings burgeoned, and in 2005, we inaugurated Broking House as Vithlani Associates.
This marked a new chapter, emblematic of our aim to provide unparalleled broker services, and ensure our clients' needs were
not just met but exceeded. At Vithlani Associates, serving with integrity and efficacy was and remains our paramount objective.
The saga continued with the joining of Mr. Sharad Vithlani, Chatrabhuj Bhai's younger son, into the family business in 2009. Mr.
Sharad’s entry represented the infusion of a new generation, bringing innovative ideas and modern business acumen to the
table. His contributions spurred growth and further diversified our services.
